UPComingVC, a creative Venture Capital event

“Venture Capital Investment Challenge” is the motto of UPComingVC, a new event connecting Startups, Web Entrepreneurs, VCs and young professionnels who want to become VCs. Calling all innovative Startup or young professional interested in joining the VC environment. UPComingVC will equip them to meet and connect with VCs in an impactful and immediate way.

Calling VCs willing to efficiently develop their deal flow, to identify qualified and promising profiles who are connected to the different ecosystems of their target fund.

It is a full-scale simulation on 2 days, for selected students and young professionals aspiring to become VCs. UPComingVC challenges them to incarnate Venture Capitalists and to invest fake euros/usd/chf in genuine startups.

The challengers will be judged by real VC professionals (Polytech Ecosystem, eCAP Partner, Earlybird, SeedStars, UVC, Global Founders Capital), each team of challengers reveal their investment recommandations and their termsheets for each analyzed startup, determined on the basis of estimated value during the round of meetings, their business models / KPIs / strategies / risks.

It mimics the authentic VC investment and due diligence process in order to help aspiring VCs to dive into the peculiar world of venture capital while connecting real startups with investors.

The VC jury will coach startups and challengers throughout the event, sharing their insights, their tips on how to present, articulate and analyze data, to organize reflection, whether you’re an entrepreneur or aspiring VC.
